We have been informed by the Support St Richard’s campaign that the Primary Care Trust (PCT) is holding a board meeting tomorrow, Thursday 10th July at 2pm, at the Hilton Avisford Park Hotel at Walberton, near Fontwell.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend the meeting where the PCT will be amending or confirming their decision to downgrade St Richard’s hospital. As we know the decision, as it stands, will put people’s lives at risk. Please inform friends, family and colleagues of the meeting tomorrow, to help protest against the decision to downgrade St Richard’s.

There will be another meeting on Wednesday, 23rd July, 11am, at County Hall in Chichester. The JHOSC will decide then whether to refer the PCT’s decision to the Secretary of State or not.

Both of these meetings are held in public, but that the public are not able to speak at them.
